Hi recently I have changed the PSU with a new one but after 3 weeks the PSU does an electrical noise and leaks electricity on case every time I touch it it electrocute me.If I am touching the case the noise is gone or if I move it in a specific point that makes the noise to disappear.I also experiencing noise in my headphones if the cable goes under the case or stay very close to it.I don't bother the PSU noise much but I worry not to damage the inside of the case,Is that something to worry about?

PSU: Corsair CX450M, 80+ Bronze, 450W

Are you referring to the grey labelled unit or the green labelled unit?

every time I touch it it electrocute me.
Seems like you have a grounding issue. best call in a certified electrician and scope the wiring in your crib.

I have changed the PSU with a new one but after 3 weeks
What PSU did you have prior to the replacement?

Might want to list the specs to your current build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

Just in case you don't have the right PSU for the build/your job.
