Noise coming from computer when gaming

Whenever I play e.g. Dishonored and when it's on a loading screen my computer noise increases

Also I have a fm2 motherboard
Cpu=Amd a8 6600k
Gpu=Nvidia gtx 1060 6gb
I know this is a bottleneck

But what component is causing the noise?

And what motherboard and cpu should I upgrade to for gaming?

your complaining about a noise but you do not tell us what kind of noise it is or sounds like? odds are its just your PC fans spinning up which is normal because your GPU and CPU are doing more work when running graphically intensive game like that

You're literally going to have to open the case and listen closely with your ear next to it.

CPU fan
GPU
PSU
Motherboard audio chipsets
A "soon to be" faulty capacitor on the motherboard
These are all things that could cause "noises" when gaming.
