Question Noise from motherboard? (Not chipset or other fans). Under GPU loads.

Noise seems to react to GPU loads. While playing and dropping in frames you can also hear sound changing a bit too. Or alt-tabbing stops the sound for a milisecond. During PC idling there is little of it, during CPU stress test nothing changes but during intense graphic tasks you can start hearing this sound. Like crickets, buzzing or smth. Around lower part of the motherboard. As soon as I turn off the game, it instantly calms down.

And its definitely not fans. Not even the chipset fan itself. I tried stopping it nothing changed. Asked another person about it, he said during high frequencies and incoming currents some elements make all kinds of noises.

Is it normal or what? Motherboard is new, been using it for 3 days. Noticed this sound today while messing with my case cooling while game was on. Updated to newest BIOS yesterday, could that have any impact?

New stuff: R7 3700x with stock cooler, x570 Aorus Elite moba, 3200Mhz DDR4 16GB (2x8)

Here is how it sounds: (there are 2 sounds here, listen to the buzzing one in the background, not the one that sounds like wind blowing)

EDIT: put in different GPU, while idle that same silent noise is there. It must be the motherboard. Gonna try launch a game and see if it changes.

EDIT: Found the drivers, installed my old R7 370 GPU, the idle noise was there but I couldn't reproduce the increased buzzing sound. Probably because R7 370 does not work with power that my GTX 1080 does.
