Question Noise in my Behringer Xenyx Q501 usb

Hello, i have a noise (

) and i have it at 100% volume there, but i unplugged everything from the behringer except the cable that goes from the pc to the behringer. So it doesn't have any power and anything else connected to it except the cable to the pc. So what makes that noise? Is it just broken? Also i have tested on 2 different computers.
