Question Noise only when XMP is enabled

Hi, after I enabled XMP on my BIOS, my PC got this weird buzzing noise constantly when it’s running and it is seemingly more powerful during PC startup. I checked with memtest and it seems stable but the noise is annoying a bit. So my question is the performance boost worth it or should I just turn it off (having no problems in fps, crashes, errors etc.)

WTF, so after I posted the question I wanted to check with the xmp profiles again but I noticed when I restarted my pc the sound was gone.
but I still want to know the cause of the problem. (I turned on the xmp profiles)
