Noise suppression option isn't there in the enhancements tab

I have a Kraken Pro Neon and there's a hiss in the background of my mic. Saw a video on enabling noise suppression will make it go away. It's not there when I plug my microphone into the jack at the back, but in the front it's there. I don't want to put my mic jack at the front. Any way to fix this?

Just get a cable extender, since the issue is likely with poor wiring in the front port. You can buy them for ~$5 at your local music shop
