Question Noisy PC

Hello,
I have had my pc for a few months now and it works very well, but yesterday, when I went to a friends house with a similar pc, I realized that his was way quieter than mine. I don't know what creates the noise, I turned off my case fans and put the cpu fan to the lowest rpm for a moment, and the noise remained the same. I don't know what's causing it to be so noisy compared to others.

Describe how you turned off all your case fans.

Perhaps it's your GPU fan(s)?

If it's a single fan making the noise - With the side panel off your case, you can reach in and gently push against the hub of each fan until it comes to a stop.

I turned off the case fans by putting them to open when the CPU reaches 70°C and I put the CPU fan to 200 rpm. The GPU fans open when the card reaches 55°C so it's not them. The hard drive closes after a time and when it's closed there is still noise so it isn't the hard drive.
