Non-existent hard drive keeps connecting and disconnecting

So my computer was recently upgraded to windows pro 10 and everything seemed fine all except the fact it keep finding 4 non-existent drives connecting to them then disconnecting them every 30-90 seconds....rebooting has not fixed this...it finds all my actual drives just fine with no connection problems, so its not affecting system functions just extremely annoying.....anyone else see this issue before?

Was this OS installation ever moved from an old motherboard to a new motherboard?

The frequency has not become less frequent and at random intervals about 2-4 times every 45 mins or so.....I am at a loss...

Do you have usb card reader somewhere? It is probably flaking out.
