Why would you want to? They can both be placed in a motherboard sure but you can use both of them for a game at once unless one is used as the PhysX card or something like that.

You can run two cards in a system in one of two ways outside of SLI.
You can have one run Physx for the other, however this is not recommended for cards that low in performance.
Or
You can hook monitors up to the second card to reduce load on the first.

Either way, there is no logical reason to run two 750s in one system.

Oh I forgot about using it for a separate monitor to take load off of one.
