Question Non-techie looking for guidance (Dell Precision T3500)

My daughter was happy with my old stock Dell Precision T3500 (ATI FirePro 2260 card with 256MB RAM, 525W PSU, Windows 7 64-bit etc) through elementary and middle school. Now she is in high school, plays Sims 4 and other games that demand somewhat (though not much) higher graphics performance. These games barely work on this card, even with lowest video setting. I am looking for a budget-friendly, sub-$100, card that can do better, something like "GIGABYTE GeForce GT 1030 GV-N1030D5-2GL Low Profile 2G" card that sells on Amazon for $85. Will it work on my T3500? Thanks a bunch!

Yes, I think the GT 1030 should work on that DELL PC.
