Question Non Windows 10 S laptop for college student ?

What's a modest priced Windows 10 laptop suitable for a college student that does NOT come with Windows 10 S and just has regular Windows 10?

We're looking for something in the $500-700 range that's enough to get by with.
The student is an adult of 26, is careless, loses things, and she plain doesn't take care of things.
So it makes no sense to buy her a premium priced computer.

Used $200 laptop. I like the Lenovo T models, a T440 should be in the $200 range and would likely have Win 10 installed.
