none start up

Gateway GM5074b Running Windows Vista. No Start Up in Normal Mode!!


Does anyone know the meaning of theses problem/error codes and how to fix them:

This is the diagnostic information I got from my Computer concerning my Start up problems. When I turn on the PC I get a screen full of zero's on a black back ground, then the screen goes and comes back blue with more zero's and scrolling info, too fast to read. Then it shuts down and restarts, but this time giving me the option of a start in any of the safe modes. Having done all the neccessary repairs and relaunch modes, including recovery, I get the same result. No Start Up in normal mode. can anyone on here help me.
Any info would be most appreciated.

Don't really get much from the information you've provided. Try to upload the .dmp file located in C\WINDOWS\Mini Dump\Mini062613_01.DMP
Also what is called the STOP error is helpful as well. To disable the blue screen from restarting upon an error, you can follow these instructions: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windowsvista/ht/arestartvista.htm
Once you've done that attempt to do what you were doing before the blue screen occurred or what you felt caused it for it to happen again, this time it shouldn't restart and you should have a bunch of useful information on the blue screen, try to take a clear picture or just write down the STOP error. List of Blue Screen Error Codes (STOP Codes) If you're still stuck please reply with the STOP error you've received and a link to the dmp file and we'll attempt to fix it from there.
