The main goal of this build is to be able to drive four independent monitors. With what I have here can this build do this and will it all go together?

Yes, that will all work together, and that card does support 4 monitor outputs.

I would suggest getting a second 4GB RAM stick, as that is a bit low (not necessary, just a suggestion)

Also, from what it looks like you are doing, you probably don't need an aftermarket CPU cooler or thermal paste. The one included with the processor is enough.
