I have made a list of parts that I am going to use to build my PC. But, since this is my first build and I do not know much, I am not sure if the parts work together.
The list is as follows:

Case: Deepcool Tesseract SW

PSU: Cooler Master GM Series G650M - Compact 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Modular PSU (6th Generation Skylake Compatible)

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL

MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-B250-HD3 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel B250 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Motherboards - Intel

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700 Kaby Lake Quad-Core 3.6 GHz LGA 1151 65W BX80677I77700 Desktop Processor

SSD: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 250GB SATA III 3-D Vertical Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-75E250B/AM

Hardrive: WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 5400 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD10EZRZ

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC GAMING, ACX 2.0 (Single Fan), 06G-P4-6163-KR, 6GB GDDR5, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC)

All of these names were copied off of newegg so, sorry for the mess. Just wanted to ensure the whole title was included. Since I am going for a budget of $1500 CAD I am just going to utilize the stock heat sink that comes with the processor.

If someone could Let me know if these work together that would be awesome, thanks.

Solution
Unfortunately the only way to "know" is for you to dig into all of the respective component specifications and ensure that all requirements are met.

For example: The motherboard should list the compatible RAM modules - match your "Ripjaws" specifications accordingly.

For the GPU: What is it? PCI-x? Does the motherboard have that slot? Is that slot going to be used by some other component: e.g., audio card?

Will the MOBO fit inside the Deepcool Tesseract SW case?

Is there room in the case for the WD Blue HDD - how many bays? No optical drive?

Really best if you delve into it all more deeply and match things up. There are often details that matter and those details may vary with product/component versions.

Try to narrow down...

Try to narrow down your build and then, if necessary, present a more specific question.

NewEgg wishes to sell you stuff and will happily do so. You must be the knowledgeable buyer.
