I am not certain what is causing my problem and i have built 3 PC's before, intel and amd. However i do not understand troubleshooting actual errors.
Usually while playing games the PC will reboot on its own and its not just one game or game type that's doing it.

Your parts lists shows two sets of RAM rather than a single 4 DIMM matched set. Two sets of "the same" is not guaranteed to work as a set, especially with XMP enabled. I would recommend removing one set of RAM to see if your stability improves.

I did not know this, i removed two DIMM and tried for slot 1 and 3, code 00 on motherboard with no boot, i swapped the ram sets and changed to slot 2 and 4, launched a game and about 3 minuets in it rebooted with this event. the ram thankfully has manufacture month date differences to tell between the two. the pc is "stable" doing anything up until playing any games.

edit: also, it was "stuttering" while playing the game until the system stopped and rebooted.

Dont look at the critical error 41 as all it is going to say is that they system shut down unexpectedly. Instead look at the error log in the last hour column and figure out those errors, that should point you in the right direction.

If there is nothing screaming out to you, this is what i would do.

Download the latest gpu driver for the card.
run DDU and uninstall any amd gpu drivers.
when system is rebooting unplug ethernet cable, this keeps microsoft from trying to install any drivers for the card.
once booted install new GPU drivers and then plug ethernet cable back in.

Next test would be to undervolt the GPU, 6900 xt have power spikes, limiting the voltage might keep the power spikes in check which could be causing the problem. If limiting the power to the card solves the issue then you have two options. Leave it how its is or buy a bigger PSU that can handle the power spikes.

These are the errors being shown, but i am not sure what to look for. Generally i am extremely new to this.
the aqnic650 error is supposedly created from a motherboard ethernet cable problem but other than that i don't know what amount of errors are considered normal.

i did try the undervolting the gpu before and did again but as far as i can tell its had no particular impact on stability. this specific gpu i have has an issue with coil whine so i would regularly undervolt to make it bearable, and times after the reboot i would forget to re-undervolt since i would have a headset on and even then the reboots are still a problem.
