Question Normal lifespan of a ps4 controller plugged in Windows 10 via USB

I play some games with my ps4 controller, My question is, whats the expected lifespan of a ps4 controller buttons? All of them, I play during the day within 2-3 hours max and that's not even every day. However I hit my buttons hard which that is why I'm worried a little. How long my controller can last? It is connected via USB port. Thanks

The recurring issue(s) that I have had with PS controllers are typically the trigger button either loses full range/reaction, or that one of the thumbpads (sticks) goes bad. I have never actually had a button go out before those other failures. That took years and years, honestly not even sure.

I've been (and still am) suffering from the "classic" analog drift issue on two of the ps4 controllers I own - they're both unrepairable and the drift appeared around the 3 year mark in both cases, I think. So, there's that...
