I am looking to build an office computer for myself. I don't play video games, so I'm hoping it won't be too much, but I do want it to last a year or two and I'm willing to upgrade then. Basically, I do graphic design with CS4 Photoshop, I do video edits with sony vegas, and I do 4d designing with Cinema 4d. Now, I understand some people that do this want a beast computer, but right now I do all of them fine with a $400 netbook laptop (Acer AS 1410).
I'd like to say I have a huge budget, but it's at $500. I really would like to have it under $400.
Also, do you guys think that if I am in need of a computer like this I'd be better off buying a pre-built? It seems that all this custom pc stuff is for gaming.
Anyway no rush, I appreciate greatly appreciate any help.
