[SOLVED] (Norton) Cant unblock item in security history?

So after hours of troubleshooting, I've noticed this is the reason why my connection to Xbox Live Multiplayer is blocked.
Usually, on the right side, you be able to allow or deny, but I don't have the option. How can I keep this from being blocked?

Sorry for the large size, its the only way you could see everything since Norton doesn't have resizing.
