I can't see a site just for Norton utilities unless its the first one I linked to.

disk defrag - already done by windows at idle
Automatic clean-up - already done by windows at idle. Storage Sense can already remove files you don't use and temp files.

start-up optimiser - maybe handy, some features like this can delay programs from loading right away at start, helpful on slower PC that have hdd and not ssd as boot drives.
File shredder - fairly common feature in Security suites.

I don't use it but you probably don't need it. Some of its features are already part of windows now. Its questionable if it actually helps at all - https://au.norton.com/norton-utilities

If you don't have it now, I wouldn't bother.

Its near Xmas, they trying to offer specials to get people to buy more stuff.
I thought as much and wondered if it was just a gimmick as like you said, most features are already covered with my current Norton but it's a free download on my subscription and just wondered if it was worth it or not.
