Not able to change ram frequency

I have a Gigabyte Aorus z370 motherboard and I'm not not able to change my ram frequency which is capable of running at 3200mhz but is currently running at 2333mhz. Oh and the ram is 16x2 gigs btw.

Have you enabled the XMP profile?

Okay, I just messed around with the XMP and set it to profile 1 and it changed to 3200mhz!!!!
