Question Not able to start.

When i am turning on my pc. It doesn’t turn on. Cpu makes one long beep followed with 3 short beeps. Any suggestions what is causing it? I have ryzen 3 processor and I don’t have a gpu for now but i guess i the processor has integrated one in it. Help please

That should work.

With any external power connection right? Only psu will satisfy 1650 requirement?
