Not all screws securing motherboard

I recently finished a build and when I was screwing in the motherboard only 4 of the seven screws that came with the case actually fit in. The other 3 just kept on spinning. I now want to install a hyper t4 (212 EVO dosent fit) and I'm worried that the motherboard won't be able to support the cooler. Will I be fine?Thanks in advance. Also the case has bumps as a replacement for the standoffs even though the case came with 3 standoffs.

placement of the screws is more important than quantity in this case. if you got all four corners you should be ok as long as you are not too aggressive moving the system.
