Not being able to install windows on my new SSD

Hello,
I just bought a new SSD and I've been trying to install windows on it using boot dvd but it keeps saying: "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. Setup does not support configuration of or installation to disks connected through a USB or IEEE 1394 port."
I tried to get some drivers but there aren't any online.
My SSD is Samsung M3 Portable.

Windows has a big aversion to being installed on a drive other than an internal.
You seem to be trying to install it on an external drive.

The error message told you this.

The only way is to make "Windows on the go", Google it, it's quite complicated to explain like this.
