Windows configures itself to the hardware it resides on.
When replacing the hardware it doesnt know what to do and needs a new setup.
Try option higlighted and take it from there.

Depending on how you got your windows license key, you may have lost it on the new hardware.
But that would not prevent Windows from starting.

have you invoked bios to check if the drives are recognised, and a boot drive seems present ?

Win 7, new motherboard, not booting...yeah, that is a usual outcome.

You need to do a whole new install.
Boot from your Win 7 USB or DVD.
Thats exactly what I thought to try, reinstall the system,Thanks for reply. One more question if u don't mind, why that "Press F1 to continue" error shows up?How can I get rid of it?

"Press F1 to continue", is ye olde bios standard message back from the first days of bios, when it halts with an error message.

Like a missing keyboard detected ... :p
Try a F1 click to that ...
