Thats exactly what I thought to try,reinstall the system,Thanks for reply. One more question if u don't mind,why that "Press F1 to continue" error shows up?How can I get rid of it?Win 7, new motherboard, not booting...yeah, that is a usual outcome.
You need to do a whole new install.
Boot from your Win 7 USB or DVD.

YEah ikr but it didnt show up when I first got my PC.Normally should just boot."Press F1 to continue", is ye olde bios standard message back from the first days of bios, when it halts with an error message.
Like a missing keyboard detected ...
Try a F1 click to that ...
