So my pc was working just fine, i just removed the cables from back and changed the position of cabinet and now it just wont boot, bios wont show up for some reason, most of its components are new, i tried resetting the bios but it just doesnt work anymore me

You might have jarred something loose inside the case. Open it up (with power unplugged) and check everything is properly connected and that all expansion cards are firmly in their slots.

Also, at the back of the case, make sure you've plugged monitor back in to the same graphics port where it was before you unplugged everything.
