not detecting ssd under computer management

I turned my pc on after work today, to the normal password screen. It froze so I rebooted to see that it was on the blue screen. I reinstalled on my HDD 1TB because it wasn't showing up. I figured once installed I could reallocate it, but now It just shows up as "disk 0 Unknown" Ive tried the wizard, and I have also tried cmd. Nothing seems to be working. I have even opened my pc and replugged everything... Please Help.

How long have you had the hdd? Blue screen -> hardware malfunctioning, is it possible hdd breaks down? One way to know is to plug in a good hard drive or plug this into a good system...

So the HDD is working fine that's how I installed my new version of Windows. Its the SSD that isn't being detected. It was working earlier today and suddenly not.
