Question Not every Windows 10 computer shows the Windows 11 compatibilities message

I have several computers still running windows 10. One of them doesn't show the message of Windows 11 compatibilities issue. Does it mean that computer probably can run Windows 11 with little or no issue?

No, it doesn't mean that. What are the CPU and motherboard models for this system?

Are all of the system's the same spec's wise? You might want to identify the make and model of your motherboard, then see if the motherboard has native support for Windows 11. Cross-reference your current BIOS for your motherboard and if you need a BIOS update prior to migrating to Windows 11.

One is Dell OptiPlex 9020, another is E5-2670 v3 with x99 motherboard.

Neither of those are natively Win 11 capable.

Those are not compatible. CPUs aren't supported and they don't have TPM 2.0.
