not getting >25Mbps when transfering files over wifi

i have a tplink tl740n(150Mbps) wireless router.i am using a tplink 721n (150Mbps) network adapter.....
i connect a mobile phone(moto g) 65Mbps
tablet(nexus 7) 65Mbps
android smart dongle 150Mbps(all of the above use wireless N)

but when i am transferring files between each other i am getting speeds not more than 12Mbps and when transferring to another computer over wifi speeds r not crossing 25Mbps......

am i doing something wrong??because i am not getting even half of the speeds all my devices r getting connected

What you see is the byte file transfer, what the company usually advertise is in bits, which is 8bits = 1byte.

You're doing nothing wrong. The 150mbps, 65mbps are theoretical maximum transfer speeds, at the "wire" level. When you are tansferring files, there is an overhead, and your conditions are far from ideal to reach maximum speeds.
