The last thing that I did to my mom's computer was set the ram speed to its proper speed and after that it stopped displaying anything on screen. It's not the monitor because i tried another computer on it, i tried switching out the ram, and I've tried using a different display cable but still got no results. Also the cpu has integrated graphics. Any help?

Regardless of what the "proper speed" is, it sounds like the ram speed you set it at caused a crash. This has happened to me many times through my basic lack of overclocking skills.

I've never done this on a laptop but on my gaming rig anytime I would manually try to set ram speeds(vs setting xmp file active) I would lose the computer. Would never boot. I would find the small CMOS battery and remove it. Resetting all bios settings. And then start from scratch. Try locating it and removing it for 10-15 seconds. Then replace it and try to boot. Turn your power off and unplug the laptop before though. Just a friendly reminder.
