not getting supposed Ram

My specs are:
i7 4770k
ASUS Z87-K
16GB Corsair vengeance 1866mhz (USING 1 RAM ONLY ) currently
bought Corsair 16GB CMY16GX3M2B2133C11 Vengeance Pro Series 2x8GB DDR3 2133 MHz
GTX770
Windows 7 64bit

I recently purchased Corsair 16GB CMY16GX3M2B2133C11 Vengeance Pro Series 2x8GB DDR3 2133 MHz RAM 240 for my PC but its only recognizing up to 24GB as I was expecting 32GB now in BIOS ITS SHOWING THREE RAM INSTALLed BUT ITS also saying 24GB as well I try all 3 ram they work perfectly fine so how can i get to 32gb as expected ?Thanks

Are you trying to use all 4 sticks? But one isn't being detected?

yes Thank you i found out that the problem with the ram incompatibility solution i exchanged the ram back to 1866mhz and problem solved
