[SOLVED] Not posting

I built a brand new pc just over a week old has a ryzen 5 3500 8gb 3200mhz ram
It was posting properly until today when I noticed that my memory is running at 2666mhz so I just changed that to 3200mhz in bios and I checked that cpu and mobo support that speed but now it won't post also I tried resetting the bios in every possible way I removed CMOS battery shorted the clrtc pins and both together help plz

Did you do this with the PC power cable connected or not?

No I removed the power cable then tried to reset

UPDATE: I kept the CMOS battery out of the Mobo for 12 hrs and now plugged it in and it posted I don't know why but I'm happy
