Not printing nothing

Why is the orange light flashing and not printing i have cleaned the print refilled the cartridge and still not printing???

Need a bit of detail, what model/brand of printer? What icon is the orange light on? Did you REPLACE the cartridge or just refilled it? Did you try replacing it if that orange light is telling you the cartridge is empty? Is the ink cartridge an OEM one or a cheaper copy?
