Not responding/ respoding and minimizes and maximizes tabs quickly.

Help! Every program on my pc is saying not responding, responding, not responding, responding, not responding, responding after i got a virus. But i did soo many scans and i deleted all the virus on my pc, but still it says not responding, responding and minimizing, maximizing every time, is is soo anoying. Please help.

Deleting a virus will not fix what that virus did. I suggest a clean Windows setup after you backup your files. You may need to get a new hard drive, install Windows on that and copy your files over from your old drive, after doing another full scan on that drive for any other infections.
