This is a terrible post.
You're not describing your problem at all. Just showing some picture with zero comments.

To understand, what is being meant here, requires a lot of guesswork. None of that should be necessary.
kerberos_20 probably has guessed here correctly. But it is still is just a guess.

thank you option is greyed out though and i tried doing it though computer management as admin but still grey out

i just get a greyed out box saying help on rest
