not sure how to proceed

How do I set java to allow a page to work, or keep it from blocking a site when Im trying to acccess it. It even blocks chatting in some places when I'm trying to chat in(it doesn't do that here)(But some sites when im trying to get assistance, it says i need to reconfigure my security settings so it will work). I'm horrible at some things when it comes to computers. Thanks.

Are you using Google Chrome? If you are then when the puzzle piece with an X on it pops up beside the Favourites star you have to click on it should have an option for allow. I'll find a picture of what I mean one sec.

You now have to click "Manage plug-in blocking" and then copy and paste the website there.
