not sure if it's doing anything

So first off this is my build and I mainly play dota 2. Now without overclock my FPS is more or less at 60 at max settings, doesn't dip below 50. And when I overclock it stays the same. And this is with both AMD Overdrive and MSI Afterburner running. I know I can get higher than 60 even though my monitor is only 60GHZ because I've tried lowering down the settings which gives me ~100FPS. I wish I could put pictures but I don't know why this site asks for a URL instead of letting me upload them. So the only thing I can give you is my settings for MSI: core voltage-locked; power limit-max at 108; core clock-182; memory clock-34; fan speed-auto. I just copied this off from a youtuber since it seemed that this was a stable setting. I'm not experienced with OC'ing so I honestly have no idea what I'm doing. A lot of help would be greatly appreciated.

You could... but really, as long as the frames don't go below the 60Hz rate, you should be fine. If things do start going downwards then we can be sure that there's a problem, but right now all we know is that there could or could not be a problem that could have origins in either the GPU, GPU, or the monitor.
I know but at the very least I'd like to confirm that my cpu and gpu are doing what they're supposed to do, instead of me just guessing, all the while wasting resources trying to do something that's worthless.

You could observe the load that the GPU and GPU are under during gaming session to see if they're under a lot of load. If they're overclocked (and even if they're not), they really shouldn't be at COMPLETELY 100% load.

I know it's wierd tbh. I don't think they're under that much load since MOBA's don't use that much processor power. But for some reason I max out at 60 at max settings, but when I lower my settings I can get 100+, and i don't even lower down most of the settings. So what I really want to know is why this happening? And I know that I won't be able to "see" 100fps but like what I said it'd be nice to know that both my CPU and GPU are working properly.

After seeing the pictures, I'm nearly 100% sure that everything's running fine :) I would really only get any more worried if the FPS starts dropping under 60 FPS while playing your games (unless those games are intensive and the system shows 100% CPU and/or GPU usage).

Really? Because I still find it strange that I get the same FPS with or without OC, at the same settings. Should I print screen my cpu usage before and during oc and being in game?
