Not sure if it's the right category, but computer performance dramatically changed after a move.

I built my own pc in january and it has been running amazing. But recently i moved, we made sure the computer was protected from trauma from our car and such and i researched about how to protect it. When i hooked my baby back up, it ran noticeably slower than before. Start up times went from around 10 to 20 seconds to around 1 minute or so. I play mmos and now when near a city i drop in frames and computer starts functioning very slow. It might be a disloged part? i dont know what to contribute it to. i have G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory, MSI GeForce GTX 980 4GB Twin Frozr Video Card, and an Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor. If you need any other information please ask me, and if im not on the right thread please appoint me to it . Thanks in advance!
P.S. I dont know if driver updates would have anythinng to do with this so please tell me if it would because i have not yet done that.

Don't rely on Windows for this. Go to the MB manufacturer's website and get the drivers from there, then get the latest drivers from Nvidia for the GPU: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/105037/en-us (this is assuming you are on W10 64bit.
