Not Sure What Cooler!!! Any Help?

Hi,
I'm in the process of putting a new PC together for myself. The specs are as follows

Case lian-li Lian-Li PC-V1000B
Motherboard P5WD2E PREMIUM 975X LGA775 2xPCIe16x
Memory Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-5400 TwinX
CPU Pentium 4 Extreme Edition 3.73Ghz/1066FSB/2mb
hard disks Caviar SE Hard Disk Drive 300GB Serial ATA II x 2
Video Card nVidia7800GTX 256DDR3

That’s the summary of it anyway.

My question is this!

I'm not sure about cooling for the CPU as I want to make sure this baby stays nice n cool. I've never touched water-cooling so im a little put off.

Can anyone recommend the best cooler out there for this type of setup?

I'm really biased towards Thermalright. Their products combined with the recommended Panaflo fans have never let me down. The XP-90 or XP-120 should be good choices, although the XP-120 is rather large so check your dimensions around the socket before buying.
