Question not turning on

ok so last week i got my pc to change thermal paste and my temp issue fixed so idk why by i was having problems with case buttons and i got cables out
when i flip power supply button it just starts the pc
a very small hit and very small amount of push freezez everything and reboot
i was having problem a bit when turned on no display and after power supply off and on fixed but not i cant get any display idk what is wrong

gtx 1050

ok i just saw that gpu fans are not spinning idk why they spin for like two seconds and stop and my keyboard rgb that turns on while boot is not on too

i think its fixed i did a bios reset with motherboard pins
