Nothing resets bios after failed OC

I tried overclocking and changed my settings way too high, and now when i start my computer it takes 2minutes to even get a display to the screen. Having a usb device plugged in freezes the loading screen. Can only get into windows if i leave the usb unplugged. Have tried resetting cmos jumpers and cmos battery. My mobo is an msi 760gm-p34
