Question Nothing shows up on my monitor after modfying the bios

Changed my ram speed to from 2444 to 2666 and restarted it. Waited a few minutes and and nothing happened so I turned it off and went to the BIOS again , loaded the default settings and restarted it.

It has been around 30 minutes and nothing is showing up on my screen , the PC is on but I am not getting a signal on my screens and my keyboard isn't on.

I can still access the BIOS if I force shutdown the PC , do I still need to do a CMOS reset?

Fixed it by turning off the power supply and waiting a few minutes then turning it back on
