Solution
I've got no idea what you mean by "adn msi afterburner shows that tdp all the time in 343%."

Have a read of what you've written before you post it. If it doesn't make sense then fix it.

Have a look at others game settings for BD4. Borrow another gpu and try it in your pc. Try your gpu in their pc. See if the problem is with your gpu or your pc.

Why haven't you listed your case, psu or OS? You should always list all your components. This could be due to ppoor psu voltages. Can you download and use HWInfo to show us the min and max readings for 12V, 5V and 3.3V rail voltages?

Can you show us the settings from Afterburner.

Have you got Windows switched to Performance?

The voltages aren't too bad - a bit low if anything. But the power supply isn't even certified. You should get a 80plus certified psu.

That isn't Afterburner. Its a Zotac utility. Download and use Afterburner. It can also control fan speed and gpu voltage and clock speed and memory clock speed.
