Question Notification Banner not working

Banner for notification suddenly stopped showing after updating drivers from a 3rd party app last night. However, I can still hear notification sound. I checked notification settings, battery optimization settings, ran PowerShell fixes, cdm fixes but no help. I cannot even see notification in action center. Can someone please help me with what to do next?

update I am getting banner notifications for other apps just not for chrome. I need to get outlook email notification from chrome and I cannot use outlook app
