Question NOVABENCH Benchmark scores

I am using an Asus FA 506 TUF A15 with Ryzen 7 4800H, 16 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD.
RTX 2060 Gfx.
Are my benchmark results okay?
please share your valuable opinions. results

Yes, occasional lags and spikes in apps and games after the PC shut down unexpectedly while booting a couple of days ago.

Benchmarks won't usually be that good at spotting these kinds of errors. Have you verified:

• All drivers are up to date (not using a driver updater app). Including MB, and GPU drivers.
• The system is clean from any malware.
• The system has had a clear up of junk / defragmentation.
• Temperatures of your components are not excessive.
• CPU or GPU are not bottlenecking (monitor % usage of each usage and see if any are bottlenecking at all).

DId the PC just shut down the once?
Any other symptoms?

All the drivers are up to date. The PC had shut down although it was plugged in. It was not in use for 20 days, It was fully charged. But it still shut down at booting.
