NT4 Fatal Exception error

a fatal exception oe has occurred at 0028:002002f . the
cuuent application will be terminated
Has anybody any ideas why this is happing after a fresh
ghost has been done.

The Ghost image file was copied to what --- a new computer
or back into the original computer from which it came? And
what application was stopped, resulting in the blue screen?
