Question ntoskrnl.exe blue screen all the time

I keep getting ntoskrnl.exe blue screen all the time! I have tried many methods to try to solve this issue but nothing I do fixes it.

check cpu/gpu temp?

I did a malware scan, everything was fine.

My CPU and GPU temp is fine, the system blue screens even on boot up sometimes. or just randomly for no reason even when im not doing anything on it. but some times i can use it for hours without bluescreening it is completely random.

This is what i'm dealing with. Its a Nightmare...
