I have a Logitech keyboard, using the 8.1 Windows. But cannot get the Number Keypad on the right side to work.....any suggestions?

If the solution were as simple as that. The numeric pad stopped functioning out of the blue. Perhaps because of Driver Update.
Updating Logitech drivers does not change a thing. Cursors in the numeric pad work, when the number lock is off. Nothing else.

On both my pc & laptop after upgrading to 8.1 the number pad to the right of the keyboards failed to work properly, after much searching I found how to resolve the problem.

Go into the control panel & then into ease of access centre, scroll down to 'Make the mouse easier to use' under the section 'Control the mouse with keyboard' then uncheck the box named 'Turn on mouse keys' apply & press ok.

I corrected my non-functioning NUM keys by going to Control Panel, Ease of Access Center, Set Up Mouse Keys. At the bottom under Other Settings: Use mouse keys when NUM LOCK is: Make sure OFF is selected. Worked great to fix my problem.

THANX IT WORKED,,, JUST TURN OFF THE NUMERIC KEYPAD TO MOVE MOUSE AROUND THE SCREEN.

DITTO TO THAT........THIS WORKED......ISSUE WAS DRIVING ME CRAZY !!!!!

Click on Start --> Control Panel --> Ease of Access --> Ease of Access Center -->

Click on "Change how your keyboard works" --> Under Control the mouse with the

keyboard, uncheck the check box "Turn ON Mouse Keys" --> Click on OK.
