Question Numpad "0" key not working

For some reason, the "0"key on my keyboard's numpad does not work. The only time it does work is when logging into windows from the lock screen. Once I'm logged in, it no longer works.

There are no macros installed on the keyboard. I even purchased a brand-new keyboard and the same issue remains. I am using a Razer Huntsman v2 keyboard.

Please help me with this.

I figured it out! So, taking your advice, safe mood work not problem so it must have been a program. So, I went through my programs to see which ones could have custom key bindings. Turns out the Nvidia GeForce Overlay was active and the numpad 0 was binded to record footage. so i reset all bindings and now it works! thanks!
