NVENC 1080ti vs 1070 ( any difference ) ?

Well basically I wanna know if someone know or tested if there's any difference in the quality between one video streamed/recorded with OBS at ( just giving one example ) : 9000kbps , at 1080p/60FPS .
I'm wondering if it's going to have the same quality or the 1080ti gonna have better ( for some reason that i don't know . If possible link me some thread that cover this topic , thank you )

Nah the software is the differentiation for quality, the 1080 would or should be faster but no effect on quality.

Do you mean that the specs of the GPU doesn't affect ?

As he stated, the GPU does not affect the recording quality of your video but playback speed is another issue (FPS performance).
