Nvidia 260 + drivers on 8700m Dell XPS m1730

When I load any 260 series driver onto my laptop the screen goes black when I run any video content. Only way around this is to reboot computer and revert to the 258 drivers.

Have they fixed this issue in the 270 mobile drivers?

I have the latest bios revision for the m1730 ( A11) which is super loud because of the thermal threshold change, but was just curious if anyone has any experience with the new nvidia notebook drivers.

xps m1730 8700m here too. The 273 driver does the same thing while playing flash videos: the screen seems to turn off, and a reboot is required. Thanks to your post, I reverted to the 258 drivers, and all video content runs fine now. June 16 2011.
